Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama.

If you intend to use insurance as payment for services, we will need to verify your plan's benefits prior to the first appointment.

By providing your protected health information (PHI) to the staff, you are granting them permission to use this information to verify 

your insurance plan's benefits and limitations regarding mental health services.

Please be advised that verification of benefits are not a guarantee of payment.

Self-Pay Rates

Self-Pay options for services include cash, check, and credit/debit card payments.

Discounted Fees for Self-Pay of Services:

Individual Counseling Sessions: $85 - $100

ASAM Assessments: $125

Payment is due at the time of service.
